▶ Issue 1: When adjusting Hero lineups, Skills and Signature Weapons require additional investment. Will there be a more flexible way to switch them in the future?
✅ Answer: To reduce the repeated investment required when adjusting lineups, we will introduce a Hero Development Exchange Event.
During the event, Chiefs can select two SSR Heroes to exchange their Hero Skill Levels. Eligible Signature Weapons can also exchange their levels between each other. Both Skills and Signature Weapons can be exchanged multiple times. Heroes are not restricted by Faction, Class, or Level.
Please note that Heroes upgraded from SR to SSR will not be eligible for this event. Full rules will be available on the event page when the event goes live.
▶ Issue 2: Will there be new growth options after Legendary Hero Gear is fully enhanced?
✅ Answer: To further expand Hero Gear progression, we will introduce a new tier of Superalloy Gear in future updates.
Fully enhanced Legendary Gear can be ascended by consuming Legendary Gear or related universal materials. After that, the Gear will be upgraded to Superalloy quality while retaining its Level, Star Rating, Reforge Stats, and equipped status. It will also unlock higher Level and Star Rating caps and gain additional attribute bonuses.
We hope Superalloy Gear will provide new progression goals for Chiefs who have reached advanced stages of Gear development. Please stay tuned for future announcements regarding the release date and ascension rules.
▶ Issue 3: The Goldmine Revenge records currently display the latest records by default. Finding older records requires repeatedly switching pages. Will a sorting feature be added?
✅ Answer: To make it easier to find past records, we will add a sorting feature to Goldmine Battle Log in a future update.
Chiefs will be able to switch the time sorting order and view records from the oldest or newest entries, making it easier to find specific records. We will continue evaluating other suggestions, such as filtering options, based on actual gameplay experience.
▶ Issue 4: The rules for [Trade Contest] are not clear enough. Will more detailed participation requirements and gameplay instructions be added?
✅ Answer: We will improve the [Trade Contest] rules and gameplay guidance in the August 6 update.
After the optimization, Chiefs will be able to better understand Trade Post mechanics, participation requirements, and gameplay rules through the in-game instructions.
For the other suggestions, we don't have specific update plans or responses at the moment, but we will continue to listen to all the feedback and evaluate them. We always welcome your ideas through our community channels or in-game customer service.
