Optimizations & Fixes
- Improved the tech: Infected Conquest - Random Crate
1. Increased the rewards in each Random Crate.

2. Implemented a daily limit for Random Crates.

3. Continued to refine automatic and manual detection for hacks and scripts to ensure a fair gaming environment for all.

- A new volume slider in Settings allows all Chiefs to adjust the game music volume freely.

- Improved the Settlement Postbox interface and added a Postbox entrance to the Survivors screen for Chiefs to manage Survivor events more efficiently.

- Further Settlement Territory expansion is available. Reach the required Power Plant Level and update to the latest version to unlock new territory!
